    Thanks for doing this video! The egg bites looked so good. I'm thinking I need to try making those. As for cottage cheese, I like peaches or pineapple sometimes, but I've never sprinkled pepper on it, so i may have to try that, too 🙂

    Hey everyone I just felt like I wanted to share my current experience I have with this great company I discovered recently called Keto resource that I feel like people apart from this community would really like. It has a 28 day keto challenge program that is a meal plan that is delivered digitally to you. Ever since I got the keto 28 day challenge I have felt better about myself and a lot healthier and have lost about 8 pounds so far. When I signed up I also got a guide book learning the basics of having a keto diet and also got a guide of 10 breakfast recipes ,14 lunch recipes , and 14 dinner recipes and they were really delicious recipes to eat and it varies from everything healthy and they are also straightforward to cook. The very surprising thing was all about this was all of this was 37$usd but if you are from Canada like me it will be 52$ but it was still worth the money.
