Keto blueberry muffins with almond flour. Gluten no cost muffins.

2 1/2 cups (240 grams) almond flour
1/3 cup (67 grams) sweetener (I employed Monkfruit)
1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) salt
1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons (6 grams) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) lemon zest
1/2 cup (113 grams) melted, unsalted butter — cooled
1/3 cup (113 grams) unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
3 massive eggs at home temperature
2/3 cups (127 grams) blueberries

Heat your oven to 350F (175 C). Line a 12 muffin tin with paper liners.

Place all the dry components and the lemon zest in a bowl. Whisk properly. Make a gap in the middle and incorporate the relaxation of the substances. Whisk the moist components and then combine it all together.

Fold in the blueberries.
