Ingredients & Shopping Record
+ For the cashew product:
Cashews (uncooked and unsalted)
Drinking water

+ For the Right away Oats (366 calories, 17g fats, 9g protein, 40g carbs per serving)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup cashew cream, diluted with 3/4 cup water to make cashew milk
Vanilla Extract
Synthetic sweetener of your option
Pinch of kosher salt
Berries and mint for topping

+ For the Turkey Bacon BLT (357 calories, 9g unwanted fat, 36g protein, 37g carbs for each serving)

4 slices small-body fat turkey bacon
3 Tbsp cashew cream with sprinkles of mustard powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper (to make “mayo”)
1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
Sprouted full wheat bread, flippantly toasted
Spinach or butter lettuce

+ For the Cashew Chicken Salad (439 energy, 18g excess fat, 52g protein, 17g carbs for each serving)

3 chicken breasts, butterflied and pounded to a uniform thin-ness
2-3 Tbsp cashew cream
1 apple, diced
4 inexperienced onions, minced
2-3 Tbsp minced parsley
Sprinkle of curry powder
Kosher salt and black pepper

+ For the Shrimp Pasta with Garlic and Basil (472 energy, 14g excess fat, 30g protein, 42g carbs for every serving)

4 ounces crimson lentil pasta
2 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined (shells optionally reserved)
1 shallot, finely minced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup packed basil leaves, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
1/4 cup cashew product
1/4 cup packed parsley, minced
