KETO Smoothie | Keto Breakfast | Healthy Fats & Avocado Smoothie for weight loss


My youngsters beg for smoothies in the morning… and I beg for them much too (along with espresso). This is a keto smoothie that I love to make for breakfast for the reason that it is loaded with wholesome fat. The avocado and macadamia nut make this lower carb smoothie thick and creamy. You can incorporate any milk that tickles your fancy, like coconut, almond, or major product. The raspberries and Swerve offer just a trace of sweetness in the smoothie. It is optional, but I like to incorporate collagen powder when I make this keto smoothie for the kidos and myself.

This avocado smoothie is whole of nutritious fats which will hold you complete! It is an ideal food substitute and good for body weight loss.

1 cup ice
60 g avocado (about ½ c)
½ c raspberries
1 T coconut oil
2 T Swerve Sweetener *see supply beneath*
1 scoop Critical Proteins Collagen powder (optional)
½ cup macadamia nut milk (or milk of decision)
½ cup drinking water
Pinch of salt

Mix everything with each other until eventually clean and serve!
