    For Keto or diet bread, dates can be substituted with stevia or as preferred . Also request to consider the baking temp as 350F and not Celsius 😝🤗! Thankyou!

    I tried your recipe.I did not add Cinnamon, in instead of dates I added 1 table spoon of Stevia, lemon for 1 tea spoon of oranges extract. Thank you for sharing your recipe, I love it.

    I tried your recipe and it was delicious ! No dates, with stevia. I had to add one more egg, maybe because I didn't put a lot of butter, and the dough was heavy. With one more egg it was perfect. I added a little orange zest, anise, ginger powder, clove, cardamom, and I put peanuts because I didn't have any nuts. A recipe that I keep for my next gingerbread. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

    Dates I believe are not keto … it raises the glycemic index… a substitute like erythritol, xylitol, or even Stevia would be better.
